5/13/2015 – Update

Baltimore Raven and Penn State graduate John Urschel is scheduled to attend the Mason Dixon Linemen Clinic.  Urschel is a special guest and will speak to the campers.

Pat Flaherty – Offensive Line Coach, NY Giants

A graduate of Delone Catholic High School and East Stroudsburg University, Pat has more than 30 years of coaching experience. He is in his 16th season as an NFL coach and 12th as the NY Giants’ offensive line coach including their Super Bowl wins in 2007 and 2011.

The Giants have consistently had one of the NFL’s best and most dependable offensive lines during Flaherty’s tenure. The team’s offense has been ranked among the top eight in the NFL in four of the last six years and the Giants had at least two linemen selected to the Pro Bowl in three of those seasons.

Dick Anderson

A mentor to Pat Flaherty, they have coached together at Penn State and Rutgers. In his 30+ years at Penn State, Dick’s coaching positions have included Offensive Coordinator, offensive line, offensive guards, and quarterbacks. As head coach of Rutgers for 6 years, he was able to turn around a team which had losing records the 3 previous seasons.

For the Mason Dixon Football Clinic, Dick is a special guest of Coach Flaherty and he will address the players.

Mike Santella

Mike is the Offensive Line Coach/Recruiting Coordinator at East Stroudsburg University (ESU).  He is in his 17th season as an assistant coach at his alma mater, and his 14th as the full-time offensive line coach.

His front five have provided protection for the Warriors’ record-setting offensive performances since he became the offensive line coach. ESU has ranked in the top 10 in Division II in total offense in both 2012 (4th – 497.9 ypg) and 2013 (7th – 508.1 ypg).

Santella has coached 19 All-PSAC selections and has had at least one All-PSAC offensive lineman in each of the last 11 years.
